Is LaneHook really free right now?
While LaneHook is in early access, yes. We will tell you before any paid plan starts, and you will not be charged without entering a card.
What does Solo include?
Everything an owner-operator needs in one plan: unlimited loads, the rate confirmation scanner, Load Guard broker checks, detention timers, invoices, expenses, reports, the document vault and the calculators.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract. You can cancel from Manage billing inside the portal and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Do drivers on my fleet pay separately?
Drivers linked to a dispatcher through Company Link are covered by the dispatcher plan, up to the number of drivers in that plan. Independent drivers can use the Driver Portal on the Solo plan.
